What are the requirements to rent a luxury vehicle?
Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid Singapore or international driving license held for minimum two years. A major credit card is required for security deposit purposes. Additional documentation may be requested for international rentals.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
While we accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, we recommend reserving at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability of your preferred vehicle. Popular models and peak periods may require earlier booking. Membership program participants enjoy priority access.
What is included in the rental rate?
All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage, 24/7 roadside assistance, vehicle sanitization, complimentary amenities, and unlimited mileage within Singapore. Fuel is provided with a full tank and should be returned full. Additional services like chauffeur or cross-border travel may incur supplementary charges.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Modifications are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup without penalty. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows forfeit the entire rental amount.
Do you offer delivery and collection services?
Complimentary vehicle delivery and collection are available anywhere in Singapore for rentals exceeding 12 hours. Shorter rentals or deliveries outside standard hours may incur additional charges. Airport transfers can be arranged with advance notice.
